FROM THE 'ALHAMBRA SERIES', DESIGNED BY F.SCHMORANZ AND M.KNAB CIRCA 1888 Of pear-shaped form, rising from trumpet foot, tapering to thin neck with a pronounced ring, slightly flaring mouth and everted rim, terminating with a round lid, an S-shaped gold and lapis bluehandle linking body and mouth, adorned with gilt and polychrome enamelled decoration with two bands of scrolling vine, in between stylised birds with scrolling vine in the background, further geometric bands, gilded rim, signed 19cm high
