"Persian manuscript on watermarked paper, 772ff, 25ll. of Ta'liq script in black and red ink, 8ff. of index at the front, ovelining in red, reminding words in black, copied by various calligraphers, the illuminated Ottoman headpiece, text set within broad gilt borders, some minor paper repairs and a few scattered smudges to ink, doublured with marbled paper, resewn and headband re-woven, later Ottoman brown morocco leather binding with flap, with central medallions with foliate designs in gilt, additional single row gilded guilloche design at the borders, probably binded by Islam Secen, Islam Seçen
Retired in 2001, Islam Seçen taught Classical Bookbinding at Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts Faculty Traditional Turkish Arts Department, Classical Binding until 2007. "
