Arabic manuscript on paper, 150 folios, 21 lines of black elegant naskh script, between verses lobbed gold with polychrome dots, punctuation in red, text outlined with black, gold and red rules, marginal notes in red, sura headings in red, reserved on gold ground within rectangular multicoloured cartouche, nicely illuminated opening bifolio in gold and polychrome, Ottoman leather binding with gilded central stamp and tooled borders.
