"Arabic manuscript on buff paper, 196ff., 20ll. of black naskh script, gold roundels as verse markers, sura headings in red thuluth reserved on gold ground within rectangular illuminated cartouches , text set within gold and black, outer marginal rule in gold, highly illuminated opening bifolio in gold and polychrome, an ending bifolio similarly illuminated as the opening bifolio, some owner notes, Qajar lacquer binding decorated with flowers, surrounded by a band of Arabic calligraphy, very good condition, reserved within a metal box and a pink velvet safe,
