A decree pertaining to a litigation initiated by a Jewish landlord, who holds legitimate ownership rights over properties located within the Sivas and Arapkir regions. Following the submission of this petitioner's application, the court renders a decision to reinstate the properties, which were previously transferred to the Treasury, to their rightful owner. Additionally, the court orders the provision of restitution for the incurred financial damages and the payment of 787 pence as compensation
